Top Problem SolvedWhen the market crashed in 2007, I had three properties in escrow that had lenders folding over night, day after day. Two easily went to another lender and closed. One was a nightmare, buyer had lied about income, etc. Escrow was cancelled and the home was resold for about $150,000 less than this offer. But throughout it all, the seller (my client) was happy, felt well-represented and we are still friends today. They refer me lots of business!
