My Favorite BNI StorySelling a former BNI members home - it was a VERY challenging property to sell and my showing feedback I provided weekly offered him the information he needed to get the property sold - Build a garage as that was the # 1 draw back of the home after 100 showings ( almost 1 showing a day after 100 days on the market) and not being able to sell. He built the garage, we then got top dollar / an offer and he sold it.
